  • Retailers: name, email, phone, store name, OCM license number, address and message.
  • Leave a Review: name, email, feedback and star rating.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you check the box to subscribe.

Information collected automatically

  • Age verification: a cookie remembers that you confirmed you are 21 or older, for one day.
  • Site statistics: we use Jetpack Stats to count visits and see which pages are popular. It uses basic technical data such as browser type and approximate location.
  • Security: our hosting and security tools log IP addresses to block attacks and spam.

How we use it

  • To answer your message, review applications and talk with brands and retailers.
  • To send the newsletter if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To run, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help run this site (website hosting, WordPress.com/Jetpack for forms, statistics, security and image delivery, and our email provider), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Store directions links open Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond and for our normal business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us, or to stop sending you emails. Use the contact form on the Build With Us page or reply to any email from us.

Age

This website is only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
